Our community is made up of senior and staff engineers, seasoned veterans with decades of experience, and mid-level engineers on their way up. Some of us have computer science backgrounds and some of us are former musicians, accountants, educators, theater performers, lawyers, veterans, and more. Our Fellow Resource Groups (FRGs) are our version of Employee Resource Groups. These voluntary groups provide spaces for Fellows to engage with community, work on their professional development in a supportive environment, and bring their whole selves to the table.
