Common Questions
Netflix × Formation Program FAQ
- How much does the program cost? Nothing! The program is a cost-free, immersive training program designed to increase opportunities for students in the engineering field.
- How does the remote program work? Mentor-led and peer sessions are live and take place based on your availability. 7-days/week and nearly 24 hours/day depending on your timezone. However, there are independent tasks to complete outside sessions and you must be able to commit a minimum of 15hrs and up to 40 hours per week during the program dates to participate.

We have had students in the past with these commitments and while challenging to manage, still possible.
- Do I need to be authorized to work in the US to join the program? All program participants must be authorized to work in the US. This includes US citizens, as well as Mexican and Canadian citizens who qualify for TN status.

- What is the duration of the program? May 5, 2025 to October 1, 2025 (participants will have the option to extend to December 20).
